Resilience Building
Resilience is the key to bouncing through adversity and thriving in challenging circumstances. Our Resilience Building program empowers participants with strategies and techniques to enhance their resilience, manage stress, and navigate life’s ups and downs with grace and determination.
Mental Health First Aid
In our Mental Health First Aid training, participants learn practical skills to identify, understand, and respond to signs of mental health problems and crises. Equipped with this knowledge, individuals can provide crucial support and intervention when someone is experiencing a mental health emergency.

EMPOWER MH Awareness
In a 2-hour session, EMPOWER provides a general perspective of mental health and well-being. This includes: understanding mental health and stigma, recognising the signs of mental disorders, how and when to refer to a mental health professional, & ways you can develop and support your mental health.

Rhythm 2 Recovery
Rhythm to Recovery harnesses the power of music and rhythm as therapeutic tools for healing and self-expression. Participants engage in interactive sessions that integrate drumming, percussion, and movement to promote emotional release, build connections, and foster a sense of community and belonging.
